Hi Ari,
I send exe files as attachments with Outlook express by zipping them up 
first.
They need to be less than about 7 mb in size after zipping since the 
attachment process makes them larger.
Windows explorer should be able to unzip them.

If the file is too large for Outlook to handle, a service like usendIt or 
SendSpace will work but the zipping is lots easier to do so I would 
recommend that first.
