Did the Email say that the order had been processed?, or the product had 
been shipped.  I've never heard of an Email saying that it had been 
delivered.  If it had been delivered, you would've known it already.  Can 
you copy the Email to your clipboard, paste it into an Email we can see, 
then erase any personal info before sending?  Thanks.
