Hi Robin,
Since I worked on Ten pin Alley I know a little about Draconis
Entertainment.
Although Draconis sounds like a large company with many employees, it is
not. Often you get a reply message back automatically after an order is
received, but it takes a real person to run your credit card and generate a
registration code.
And the real person may be away on a holiday vacation or otherwise occupied.
For example if you ordered late on Thursday and Draconis went away early
Friday on a labor day vacation, your order might not be processed until
Tuesday.
Other things that have happened is their internet connection went down or
the registration message was considered spam by your email server so
blocked.
So I would wait a few more days before getting worried.
Also, you did not state if you ordered the CD or just the download
registration.

Sincerely,
Phil
