Sure. Visit the Bazaar in Graldok. They offer better prices than anywhere
else. Just be prepared to take a thrashing from Illiok the Brave on your way
out unless you have the Wither Blade and a whole heck of a lot of luck.
Granted he won't kill you but it's still humiliating. Seriously though,
visit Graldok and sell some stuff at the Bazaar. Chances are you'll have the
5000 gold and more before you know it. They offer fairly decent prices.
Don't worry so much about Illiok. Chances are he'll be back in some later
adventure so you'll have a chance to get your revenge later. But a
thrashing's worth being able to afford the Hale Blade. It's an excellent
weapon.
It ain't pretty when the pretty leaves you with no place to go.

hi all, ok i need 5000 gold to buy this from bryniver's shop. by selling
the
gold cup i won at the tournament and a couple of other weapons i've
collected i've got 4196 gold. where's the best place to sell weapons? he's
not interested in my Naidorian Battleblade (sp). and the guy in the
battleshop in blade square only offerd 50 gold. any other way to make some
gold fast? short of selling all my armour! smile.
