Yeah. Visit the other tavern in the harbor and keep picking fights. More often than not you'll be thrown out but once in a while you'll manage to get in a fight. I think you have to win thirty fights or so before you'll be allowed in to see Jodd Roliksx. As far asi know he doesn't have any missions for you at the moment, but then again I've never tried to get in to see him. I'd rather not tarnish my righteous alignment.
