Hi there, S P O I L E R S P A C E Firstly, Lothron is on Penekarn Lane. Go to Explore Talonis, then type Penekarn Lane into the box. If you haven't visited "The Third House" yet, do so. There's a quest there as well. Then, choose to Stroll down Penekarn Lane. First you'll find Wenrald the Fence, who is interested in selling you a decent belt. Then, you'll find Lothron. And no, you don't need to beat everyone in the tournament of arms, but I highly recommend it. To get in good graces with that captain, you have to involve yourself in a lot of barfights.
