Hi Charles,
I couldn't agree with you more. So often times the fanatical position in 
some peoples minds leaves no room for imagination, posatives, and even 
humor about things.
For example I remember the part in Sorceror's Stone when Harry was in 
the zoo, and accidently let the snake out of the glass cage, and it 
picked on good old Dudly. I laughed my rear off when I heard that.
In each of the Harry Potter books there were places of humor, love, 
suspense, etc and there were good things in them that those of the 
fanatical view will never see.
Did anyone think the flying car was funny? I thought it as kind of funny 
and kind of cool. A fanatical opinion would of course chuck it up to 
evil magic, wicked wichcraft, and such people were responcible for the 
inquasition and the countless deaths of so-called whitches in the dark ages.
