Please guys, tell me why I get a dialogue asking me for a username and password if I paste that address that damion gave into the address bar of IE. If my computer has been set to be restricted to certain sites, by whoever, please help me to remove that restriction. I didn't gave anyone permission to set restrictions on my computer. The uncle who fixes my computer might have done it because he is afraid of viruses. But tell me what might be the cause that I can't download dc, is it really a restriction set by someone?
