These updates address an issue that could, in some cases, cause the applications not to launch on 64-bit Windows systems. If you have experienced this problem, please install the appropriate updates for your product or products.
If you do not use a 64-bit version of Windows, or have not experienced this issue, then these updates will not impact you in any way.
