Yeah, I don't believe that I ever played a text adventure game back when I had sight. I played games on my Atari 2600 and Atari 800 XL home computer. And games that I wrote like my casino games, Star Mule etc. But back then I also was not yet connected to a BBS or the Internet. It wasn't until I became totally blind and got my first talking computer that I got connected to the BBS PC Ohio.

Speaking of spelling, some times in my games I misspell words on purpose. One that I always do is reed with two E's rather than read. You know to make sure that it says do you wish to reed the instructions rather than do you wish to red the instructions. And I spelled the game yachts-e rather than yahtzee just because the sapi5 voices say it better that way.

But I am not a good speller, never have been. The tag line below is the truth.
