Hi Josh, Don't forget about Cereproc. They sell voices for Windows 7 as well, and they aren't bad. Although, Cepstral or Ivona would be my personal choice for a place to purchase voices from. In addition the AT&T voices can be purchased from Nextup for a fair price as well, and those work with Windows 7 32-bit just fine. They just haven't been updated for Windows 7 64-bit, and I'm not sure AT&T is going to.
