Hi James, As far as I am aware SAPI 5.5 is for Windows 8 and up. Unless someone knows any different if you want SAPI 5.5 you have to upgrade to Windows 8. I certainly have not found any setup package for Vista and Windows 7 for the SAPI 5.5 libraries and voices. Definitely not for XP as that is about to be officially dropped in like six months.
