Speaking of unreleased game titles such as Raceway, the problem is that people preordered years ago, and now, newer operating systems won't run the games that were preordered. Let's say that XP was required when you ordered the game. Now, you are running Windows 9.0, which will not handle the game that you have not received yet. Could this be a solution? When you download the game, be sure to download the one for your platform. Then again, Tom would have to develop more than one game. A heck of a lot more work for Tom, satisfied customers, maybe? The only stipulation would be that if you have gotten the version for XP and are using it, you would have to pay a fee for the upgrade that would run on Windows 9. I would imagine this could get messy, keeping track to determine whether Frank Jones, whoever he is, has already been using the game for a now outdated OS, but is this a possibility?
