Hi Josh, Yes, they most certainly are. They obviously cost a bit more than say the Cepstral voices, but the Ivona 32-bit and 64-bit voices are completely SAPI compliant, and will work with screen readers, games, as well as other text to speech applications like TextAloud and WeatherAloud. Better yet if you let them know you use NVDA Ivona contributes a certain percentage of their sales to blind customers to NVDA development. So by purchasing those voices you are helping donate towards a highly capable, open source, screen reader for Windows.
