I doubt that anyone can just walk in and get it. Believe me i have tried to guess download names to grab it for myself. If he is offering it, its not public just for any pbored dood such as my self to leach. I personally don't give a damn. The game is free. It would be good to know what the guy uses. If its the gma engine, then someone else is using it. However only a few know about its existance or have access and probably wouldn't share anything around. Except for phil of pcs I don't know anyone else that knows about the engine publicly. Has anyone thought about another engine simular to the gma engine?
