Hi Nick, Well, it all depends if you want a combat flight simulator or a commercial flight simulator. If you are looking for a fully accessible combat flight simulator 3D Velocity is the best out there. However,if you want to fly commercial and passenger planes you can get Microsoft Flight Simulator with a few extra add-ons such as Its Your Plane which makes it more or less accessible. Microsoft Flight Simulator isn't 100% accessible, but with the third-party add-ons you can buy you can get pretty close.
