Hi Ishan, I think you might be a bit confused on the game's history here. Its true I purchased the rights to a game called Montezuma's Revenge from Alchemy Game Studios, but in 2008 I was sent a legal cease and desist order to stop production on that game because the copyright holder of the Atari game by that same name did not want me creating a retro remake of the game. So At the time I wasn't really clear on my legal rights so I abandoned that game and decided to create a new game called Tomb Hunter in its place. Tomb Hunter is totally an original creation, is no relation to Montezuma's Revenge, therefore permission to develop an a game using the Tomb Hunter trademark, characters, etc would not be forthcoming from me.
As for why the description is on the site the reason is because I plan to release the game eventually. Unfortunately, since my life is a wreck right now I can't promise when I'll have Tomb Hunter or Raceway ready for download. Sorry, but you need to understand that I put those pages up in the expectation that I would have demos available sooner than I have, and then my life went down hill in a major way and I was unable to continue development at that time. Just know they are in development, will be released when they are ready, and I'll have something as soon as I can. That's no excuse to start ripping off someone's work just because you are impatient and want a game right now. Cheers!
