It is possible. I have played through Choice of Broadsides and Choice of Kung Fu on my nexus 4. What's odd is that accessibility seems to change and get better after the first few screens. There are some oddities though: choice items are read twice if you are swiping through the options. Touch by explore seemed really laggy for some reason.
