Hi Ian, I think a lot depends on A, how much you borrowed, and B, how much you intend to build before opening. The length of time it takes to build various attractions will obviously effect how soon you can open. However, as a rule of thumb you probably don't want to spend more than four weeks on building before opening your park for business.
