Hi Danielle, I doubt Ishan would go to jail over it, but he could be sued. Copyright law isn't the same as criminal law, and as far as I know nobody has spent time in jail for illegally using someone else's ideas, game titles, etc. However, as I said someone can end up paying lots of money if they get sued.
