Hi Ishan, Well, you are out of luck. Taking the name of an existing game regardless if you use its content or not is still not legal. There is something called copyrights and trademarks, something you obviously know nothing about, as a trademark means an author has the rights to any characters, titles, etc that he or she has created. Therefore the author holds any and all rights to those titles.
So if you were to create a game using the name of an existing accessible game I'd legally be obligated to ban you from the list. Its not personal, but a matter of legalities here. So stop thinking of steeling other people's titles and go create something of your own. Cheers!
