Hi Ishan, Yes, if you increase the size of your lone your interest rates will go up, but once you begin making a profit off your park you'll quickly have the lone's paid off. At least if you do it right.
As to your question about the people feeling bored there could be a number of solutions to that problem. It is helpful to go around and talk to them and they will often throw hints at you such as there is not enough to do here, or they'd like to have a place to take a picnic, or something else. If you listen carefully to the hints it can often clue you into what needs to be done to increase customer satisfaction. If you really can't find out what is causing your customers to get bored adding a few more entertainers will often help with that problem, and of course the more attractions you have that helps. Besides extra rides adding games and various other forms of attractions gives them something more to do.
