The game is available through the app store for iDevices, and, as my account
is in the United States, I'm thinking that the game is in English. At
least, I hope it is, because I just downloaded it.

As far as I am aware the game is only available for people living in
New Zealand. So you'll have to wait until the developer decides to
make a global release of the game. Asking someone to just give it to
you might be illegal or go against the developer's wishes.
