interestingly when I serviced win7 and 8 setup showed net 3.51.
It appears though if you do download from windowsupdate, net will
update to the latest version however, you only get the profiler with
windows I usually download and install the extended components from
ms website, yeah ms never includes everything, also if you check in
the setup once the system is installed some components are missing
and need to be selected I have no idea why this is done, I ofcause
load all of it.
