Hi Ishan , All the advice you've been given is right. The phrase, you've got to spend money to make some springs to mind. As John says in real life most big companies don't make a profit when they first open, it takes time. Advertising may help. As to your point about overdraft there is one. You can go down to -£20000 once you go over that the bank gives you 3 weeks of warnings before closing your park. The overdraft is used to pay your running coasts, you can't build things with it, that's why you need a loan Thanks. Nick
