Hi dark,
Yes you can sell stuff back to the game should nobody else want it. but
you'd have to take your stuff there. don't forget each module lab etc
needs
staffing.
You can create your own combat bonus by the use of combat drives wich you
can research. I haven't done that yet as I have had more important things
to
concentrate on. Like increasing my science tech. I can now produce science
labs that give me over 2000 research points per hour per lab.
The better the tech the more you can do with it.
The big advantage of joining a corp depending on who you join of course,
is
that there are a ton of vet players who can help you with various aspects
of
the game. The corp I'm with are pretty relaxed. But we're pretty powerful
as
well so nobody really touches us.

Hi.
I wanted the station to put science labs on and maybe mine stuff as well,
particularly sinse from what I gather from the stats the bigger the ship
the
less combat bonus it has. I presume you can sell what you mine/harvest to
the game if nobody wants to buy it and you don't need to convert into
fuel?
I've not really tried combat yet, it's something I'll probably have to
have
a look at.
At least building the advanced cargo bay went okay, so hopefully when I've
put some of those together I can improve matters with more missions etc,
or
just use advanced bays to save my module slots for more science labs.
All the best,
Dark.

Hi dark,
You could carry a station around with you of course. But you'd have to
be deploying it and then players would have to know where it was in
order to trade with it.
Any mineral or gas you mine or harvest is convertible into fuel.
Diamonds are the best resource you can get, they are also the most
expensive.
Don't forget you can upgrade your ship to a higher class of ship so
you can have increased amount of module slots with the highest being
100 slots. I have 3 ships so far. 1 on earth, I use that for science
and construction, I also have a combat ship and a ship doing sos
missions.
You can have more ships than that, many more ships than that but that
obviously takes time.

Hi Darren.
carying a mining facility would work if you have the space, but this
is why i've been concentrating on cargo bay upgrades. I wasn't going
to join a corp sinse I'm not that sort of person, but I'll look around
and see what I can do.
Carrying a mining facility would work, though what do you do with
stuff you mine if you don't make it into fuel? sinse it seems you can
only sell from sol or from a deployed station on a planet, or do you
also carry a station around with you too?
All the best,
Dark.

Hi dark,
Ok you can buy all your res from sol itself. Think of it as a central
hub.
There are no real storehouses.
If you are looking to join a corp look up dragonfly I think his name
is spelled, he belongs to sss which is the same corp I belong too.
they are a good bunch we can help you a lot on there. tell him that
lord sidious sent you to him.
I do the fuel missions because I also carry a mining facility so I
can convert minerals to fuel so you don't really need to worry too
much about fuel.

well okay I'm having another look, and things aren't as bad as I
thought.
I did manage to investigate a destress sygnal, however they wanted
over
800
fuel which no way I have (annoying sinse I specifically flew out with
medicine and food to answer destress sygnals, but now have to fly
back to sol through being out of fuel).
I've got lots of research points to spend, and have spent some on
cargo bay upgrades, but I now wonder where I get the commodities to
build one sinse mining/harvesting is a slow process, and I'm not sure
where you go to buy other minerals and gasses and such.
I also wonder if I do build something what the hell I do with it,
sinse it seems space to store even basic stuff like modules is really
difficult in the game, indeed I wonder if there is a storage locker
or something so that if I buy a station and harvester I can put it
somewhere while not using it, indeed I don't have the station and
harvester from the tutorial sinse I had to sell them to make room,
and short of buying a big ship to just sit next to sol and serve as a
floating storehouse I don't know what I should do.
All the best,
Dark.
