Hi Charles, That's a good question. I'm not sure;. I believe the primary means of setting up a distribution list for the magazines was through the mailing list and by personal request to Michael Feir via e-mail. I'd have to go back and reread some of those early issues as I'm pretty sure how to request the magazine was mentioned in the first few issues or so.
