Well, that Dell Precision Notebook I talked about which was equipped for the older Braille Printers running on a parallel port has now been officialy ruined. Why I don't know? So I turned it on yesterday morning and while I thought it was the battery it did come on but wouldn't finish loading. I didn't even get NVDA automatically come up. I guess the Rulers of Destruction figured they got my JC so take that laptop down as well to ensure I don't produce no Braille. Wonder how sighted and partially blind folks would feel if they got stranded out here with no ctransportation, no care only SSI, and no way to read and communicate with others outside of this house and front porch? I have the Dell Inspiron Desktop but it was restored so nothing, not even speech on that one. Of course, the original HP desktop my JC was hooked to, the one with Duxbury, is with my ex-husband. Damn why does he have to have Everything? I mean this is stuff he don't even use. Its ashamed I've been divorced for 5 years and it always feels like I'm just getting started. No help anywhere just a whole lotta Band-Aids and superficial thrills handed out. Just thought I'd update.
