Hi Darren.

You can only use each ability in battle once, as I said they're like a hand of cards you play. Once you've used all ten abilities, you just go into turn based slug fest. This is why it's a good idea to have a couple of abilities of each type in your hand, especially healing and remove curse in case you need more than one of them.

Also note each battle ability has a durability stat, and when that runs to zero you ca't use it anymore until you repare it which costs gold, though you can donate to get the "repare all" button which does exactly what it says.

hth.

Dark.

Ok I've found out what you need to do. But I can't seem to find out how far
I've progressed through the quest. If I have to kill 15 creatures for
example and I lose count how do I find out how many more left?

Hi Darren.

The inventory is a bit weerd mostly because a lot of the lower level items
don't have useful names.
For example an item to be equipped on the hands is just called "hands"
When you click on any item, it will open a separate little panel. In
supernova I always find these at the top of the screen. In that panel will
be the item info and an "equip" or "use" button. I'll then be asked if I
want to equip it and there is a message in the inventory section, also if
it's a battle stratogy item I'll be asked which battle slot it should go in
and there is a dropdown box.

The way battles work is a bit odd but good when you get used to it,
basically you have a hand of 10 battle stratogy items which are like cards
in a ccg. You can choose items like damage, defend, poison, heal, curse etc,

and you stick them in each of the ten slots, then in each turn of the battle

you choose which one you use.

As I said the one slightly confusing thing is that a lot of items are just
called very general things such as "damage" or "curse" or "arms" and you
need to look at the info to say what they do.

The other thing about the inventory, is that it is split into two sections,
trade materials and items. Each slot you alocate to trade materials will
let you carry one more resource type (You can carry as much of that resource

as you want, but you need the slots). You do this with the "inventory
options" link which will give you a menu to choose how many slots to alocate

to resources.

hth.

All the best,

Dark.

Remember, lots of hot spot clicking is needed, on everything from locations
to items.

Hi Darren.

The only major access issue used to be that durability for battle
abilities only displayed graphically, but now that is fixed.
The major thing about drakor is that it uses lots and lots and lots! of
hotspots to click on, rather than links, indeed the pages have very few
standard links at all.
When you click on any item, the stats and description and buttons to equip etc will be displayed up top. I do recall a little slowdown with the game,
mostly on the main page and when mining , but that got fixed when I
cleared
my browser cash.

Try it, it's fun, albeit not the world's fastest game, indeed it'll be
getting a db entry as and when I have time.

All the best,

Dark.

Hi all,

Am just reading the newbie guide on drakor and it looks really
interesting.

Are there any accessibility issues with this game and if so are there any
workarounds?
