Hi Darren.
The only major access fix I'd like to see is displaying of hp totals in the
combat actions readout, sinse having to go and check your and your
opponent's hp at the top of the display after each round is a pain,
particularly sinse with poisons, extra damage, recovery buffs etc hp totals
can go up and down quite a lot in combat.

The game does have a lot of players and updates while not on a dayly basis
do seem to occur semi regularly every few weeks with more additions to the
game both in terms of new systems like the recently added pets and some new
content, plus the game does have some degree of randomness, witness the
battle arena and the creation of loot.

The one issue with the game is that it is by necessity rather slow
especially in it's crafting, and can get somewhat grindy. In fairness the
game is sort of designed to be that way and it's something the devs are
aware of, indeed one of the more useful donation items you can buy is extra
time before your auto logged out, meaning you can set a process like mining
going and walk away for a while, before my desktop had it's error I'd have a
dvd on and switch between setting my character mining or fishing and
watching buffy the vampire slayer :D.

Very different from constantly having to click "mine" or type "dig" or
whatever, and I do appreciate the lack of the annoying bot checks that some
games which use afk actions have had previously like The Reborn.

There is a lot I like in Drakor, i like the battles although they are a
trifle slow with the constant hp checking, I like the world and descriptions
and travel, I like the buffs, both from food and other items and the global
buff system, and I like the quests. The only major problem I run into is if
the choice is to play 40 battles constantly hitting the same abilities, or
just click "mine" and do something else, I'll tend to choose the latter
option, which is why my character isn't even at level 3 with combat, but has
all of the gathering based skills at level 6, and I do confess this doesn't
make me quite as motivated in advancing with Drakor as it does with some
other games.

It's a game I'll definitely be checking back on though, especially with it
still being in beta.

Btw, I have no idea how you'd do Drakor on an Ios device, I always find net
browsing on my Iphone a pain in the neck, indeed last time I tried I
couldn't even get it to click a simple button such as login on the
audiogames.net forum properly, and several links just decided to vanish for
no readily apparent reason.
