Hello Ishan, Unfortunately, nobody else will be able to do the thread and babble reports. You see, Jim Kitchen wrote his own custom e-mail program and as I understand it the software to create the thread and babble reports was a part of that custom e-mail program. So unless somebody backs up the program from Jim's personal computer I'm afraid to say we will no longer have the thread and babble reports any more. Not unless someone wants to write a new program to do it.
