Yes, you just need to knock the door where lora is standing and kill the prisoner and then you have to deal with some demi-cats or kitttens. then just follow the direction you did not enter from and you will find the pit fiend sleeping. depending on your level and class, it is simple to kill. Of course, I was level 24 druid and hit it once with a fist of earth and it died.
