On the android platform, the audio games hub package has spoken/audio
instructions that worked perfectly well enough for me - it tells you when to
turn off talkback, and has interactive tutorials for both the main part of
the interface, as well as for each of the games, so, it seemed pretty much
perfect to me, on it's own.
