Hi, Frostz is what you want; it has a blind mode for accessibility: http://digilander.libero.it/jpdefault/frostz_index.html It only supports the z-machine 1.0 standard, not 1.1 though, so some games may not function as expected (especially _moments out of time_ and the other games in that series).
