Well what I told you should work, you should get a "time adventures" folder
with all the game's files in and then be able to move it where you want.
i however don't know what you mean by "it doesn't work right" you'll need to
be more specific. Eg, what happens when you use "extract here" on the time
adventures folder?

just install it, then find the time adventures.7z file and use the
context menu with the applications key. You'll find a menu called "7zip"
hit right arrow on that and go to "extract here" and press enter and
bingo!
Really 7zip is one of the most user friendly programs you'll ever find
anywhere, since you can do everything you need in standard windows
explorer.
