I have no idea what is going on bbut maybe this will help. I downloaded the
7zip archive from agarchive.net, rezipped into a standard zip file and here
it is on sendspace, though bare in mind it's a pretty big download even at
ultra compression.
I hope this works for you, though you really should look into what the
problem is with 7zip.

I don't understand either that's why I was trying to see if I could get off
