Hi Michael.
You don't have to find billy specifically, if I remember rightly you should
be able to just complete that quest from the menu the way you do others.

Hi list,
I just read over the read me file. I was trying to do a quest where I was
supposed to find a employees records. I had to go to the factory and go
bilvillys office. I found the records. I was told to go back to the safe
zone and give it to billy. I went back to the safe zone as told bud when I
got back to the safe zone I could not figure where billy was. Could
someone give me a idea of where I should go or do? Also, I went to the
folder where swamp was and looked at the read me duke prime. I saw the
portion which talked about maps and read on how to get from nap to map but
I did not see any where which discussed the general lay out of the maps.
Any help on where to look would be appreciated.
