The areas you're seeing as not yet playable aren't playable for anybody.
They are areas that literally are not in the game yet, but they're listed
because they should soon be in the game.

Sorry to say, but certain adventures will simply end if you flea from
combat. There are certain combats you aren't meant to flea from, and those
two are prime examples.

Well, there are two other ways. Firstly, the quest entitled "A little matter
about an orb" will provide you with adventurer tokens, as well as one of the
adventures in Trindmoor. And secondly, you can earn them through the Proving
Grounds contests. These are held every couple months, and work basically
like any other adventure, accept the number of times you are defeated is
calculated. Depending on the total number of times you are defeated during
the contest, you will get a certain number of adventurer tokens when it
ends. And as it happens, the Sryth gamemaster has decided to put all three
of the previous proving grounds contests up permanently for those who
haven't yet completed them. So your in luck. Your opportunities are many as
far as tokens go.

Have you tried the Evesdropping adventure in Talonis? You'll get another
location if you do. That's all I'll say.

Believe it or not, what you're getting at here is an upcoming feature. Very
very soon, probably within the next week, you will be able to join other
adventurers to take on Runeskin, a nearly immortal demon mage guy. That's
why those adventurer listings are popping up all of a sudden. They are
merely preparations for that feature.

Well, in the case of all skills and magical powers, your status in that
skill or power will change with every ten levels you give it. The levels are
all labeled the same, but have different effects depending on what you're
leveling up. In the case of weaponry, for instance, your melee rating will
increase by 1 every time your weaponry skill increases ten levels, but only
while you're holding a weapon. From there I could get into the weaponry
subskills, which will increase your melee depending on what type of weapon
you're using. Hacking, slashing, and bashing to name a few. All this
information can be read in the Sryth documentation, which can be found on
the Sryth home page. However, you are welcome to email me offlist if you
like, and ask any further questions you may have.
