Yes it is. Personally I wasn't very impressed with the game. The voice acting and SFX were rather corny and, contrary to Maynard's Main Menu statement, the keystrokes are too many and hard to remember. I could never remember what counter goes with what punch. So no, I'm not a fan of that game.
