Hello all, Here is an update to my game compatibility chart I posted earlier this week. In the prier chart I had reported some games as failed the test. I have since then found work arounds and solutions for them.Which I will state here. This is likely to be a much happier report than last time.
BSC Games No updates. GMA Games Trek 2000 Status: Passed Issues: No issues Kitchens Inc Monopoly, NFL, Life, etc... Status: Passed Issues: Must be installed by using the run as administrator option. Solution: Arrow to filename.exe, use the Windows context key, arrow to run as Administrator, and press enter. The self-extraction process will work as normal. USA Games Monty, Raceway, etc... Issues: Incompatible DirectX versions. Solution: upgrade to the Feb 4, 2007 DirectX release. Notes: Monty and Raceway will now be linked against Feb 4, 2007 DirectX, and earlier versions of DirectX are not supported by Monty and Raceway. _______________________________________________ Gamers mailing list ..
