Hello Ron, If you complete all of the Runeskin adventures, then you will have the chance to get the new power. I will include how you get it below: S P O I L E R S P A C E
At the very last adventure in silverwisp, you will receive a box of runes where you have the opportunity to choose 6. If you choose 1 arcana, 1 illusion, and 1 necromancy among those 6 then you have the chance to get the power of Shadow Magic. You have to make sure you place the above 3 runes in an idle, (you will be given instructions on how to find the idle at the end of the adventure). Hope that helps.
