ok dark, Both jaws and window-eyes start up before the log-on screen starts up. so then jaws and window-eyes are able to read the log on screen. this has been in jaws and window eyes for some time now. To find user accounts just go to user accounts, it's in control panel. start menu settings control panel in classic view or just start menu control panel in the regular windows mode. Then go to user accounts. then click the dotNet or the ask dotnet framework account and delete it using the delete button which you'll have to tab to. Jaws and window-eyes can display this account stuff in a virtual window or in window-eyes browse mode so you can easily change and modify your different user accounts.
