Hi Tom, as for coding the HTML manual, why not use an advanced text editor such as Pspad to convert the text document into HTML and then just create the fragment links as necessary? You could just create a heading for each section and turn the entries in the table of contents into links that would put you to the appropriate fragments of the page. If I imagine it this way, it shouldn't take more than 10 to 15 minutes. I can do it for you if and when you like.
