Hi Jennifer, You can download the Sarah game from my site's download page, http://www.pcsgames.net/downloads.htm But most people find the Draconis site faster and better: http://www.draconisentertainment.com Once you download and install the game you need to go back to my site for the Sarah patch which is only in my downloads page.
In walking through the halls I use control left or right arrow, key to turn rather than just the arrow key. Then hit the up arrow to move forward. This will keep you from running into walls so much. Until you can memorize the floor plan it would be better to play the game on easy difficulty and in training mode. This keeps the creatures from attacking you. You can still get attacked if you run into them and in one case with the caretaker you may causes him to come after you.
