Everyone using JFW should set Jaws to go to sleep while in AGM; this
may resolve some of the audio issues people are experiencing.

To do this:
1. Hit Jaws-key + 6 to open the configuration manager.
2. Hit enter to the file name prompt if it comes up or skip to three.
3. Hit alt-s to bring up the settings menu.
4. Hit end to go to advanced options and hit enter.
5. check the sleep mode enabled checkbox and hit enter.
6. Hit ctrl-s to save your settings and alt-F4 to exit JFW configuration.

You may need to alt-tab away from and back to AGM in order to make
sure JFW is silenced. Now Jfw will be asleep while the focus is on
AGM and awake and ready to play otherwise.
