Hmmm.
windows does not usually block zip files.
you will either get one of 2 boxes.
The first one only really ocurs on exes, windows blocks a file you 
run or don't run, and you can uncheck or check a box to put up the 
message again or not.
Or.
go to general properties in the properties page, click unblock.
When unblock button says disabled, click ok and then try opening the file.
