Hi Shaun, Correct. It is from the TNG era, and it is still used on many of the ships of the DS9era. Voyager has a different warp sound, but keep in mind in the epasode Care Taker Janeway had explained that the Voyager was the fastest ship in the fleet doing warp 9.975, and has that new style of warp engine. In fact, the warp pylons change location depending on if Voyager is in warp or impulse. After Voyager aired we began seeing more of that style of ship, The Intrepid-Class, on DS9 during the Dominion war. So the warp sound in STFC 1.2 is quite alright for the game as far as correct era goes.
