Yes, but once you get help to install my games and make an icon then all of 
them are accessed through a self voicing game menu as Nicol said.

I know people that just used Narrator to get them installed etc.

I do understand your position, but there is a couple of flaws in your 
position. First, most of the blind gamers out there do have some sort of 
screen access solution like a screen reader or screen magnifyer. Second, 
by default Winkit doesn't make a icon that I am aware of. So you have to 
browse to the Kitchensinc folder anyway to launch it, or make your own icon.
