Hi Raul, Thanks for that little tidbit. I know in my own screen reader project I am having to make exceptions for the way Vista does things so i completely understand what GW Micro had to go through to convert Window Eyes from the way Windows XP does things to the way Vista does things. In any case disabling UAC isn't a smart security move as I rather like it's level of security. Especially, UAC's ability to do lockouts on accounts where a end user enters an incorrect password more than tthree or four times. That really cracks down on any random cracker coming along with a brute force attack program and cracking into an account.
