That would be a good idea. Although that may create abit of lag though if you have several people playing at once and there's a lot of sound going about. I haven't found many online rpg's certainly text based ones that have a lot if any sound at all. I could be wrong however but it all really depends on the server you've got and the type of bandwidth you have as well??

Sounds like a great game idea? Will be different classes mages, warriors, shaman? Also it would be cool to have different sounds for the spells, like thunder sounds for say lightning bolts. Just a thought. > [Original Message] > From: Che <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: Gamers Discussion list <[email protected]> > Date: 9/28/2007 12:22:02 AM > Subject: Re: [Audyssey] Online RPG ideas Re: pvp > > You will be able to play single player in the fact that you can log into > the world at any time and hunt monsters, shop for equipment, go on > quests > etc. But as far as playing on your own computer by yourself without logging > into the world, that will be impossible, as the world itself will > exist only > on my server, much like a mud. > Later, > Che > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "jason" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: "Gamers Discussion list" <[email protected]> > Sent: Thursday, September 27, 2007 9:41 PM > Subject: Re: [Audyssey] Online RPG ideas Re: pvp > > > > Hay Che are you still going to put an single player option in the > > game?
